When you request a roof report, we collect the property address you provide, your name, and your email address.

When you scan one of our QR codes, we record the scan: the time, which code was scanned, your browser type, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) form of your network address that we use only to prevent abuse. We never store your actual network address.

How We Use Information

We use this information to generate your roof report, to contact you by email, phone, or SMS about your report, service requests, appointments, and customer support, and, where you've agreed, for occasional promotional messages. We may also use property address data to look up publicly available property and aerial imagery information relevant to your roof report.

SMS & Email Communications

By submitting the form, you consent to receive email and SMS messages from Sonny's Construction & Roofing as described at the point of collection. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time, or reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate this site and deliver your report (for example, our email delivery and mapping providers), solely to provide those services on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain submission information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request and for legitimate business record-keeping.
